Korean actor Lee Min-ho and actress Park Min-young have broken up, bringing an end to their six-month relationship.
"Lee and Park have decided to split since they've been busy with their individual schedules which made it harder for them to see each other," an official at Lee's agency Starhaus Entertainment told 10Asia over the phone on Wednesday.
The official then added that Lee and Park agreed to split up in consideration for each other and are still on good terms.
A PR representative from Park's agency King Kong Entertainment confirmed the split as well saying, "We found out that the two recently decided on the breakup but will maintain their relationship as fellow actors."
Both Lee and Park have known each other for several years before news broke out that the two have been involved in a relationship in August last year after they starred in SBS' TV series "City Hunter."
Lee has been one of Korea's most popular stars throughout Asia since shooting to stardom through drama "Boys Over Flowers" in 2009.
Park gained attention after appearing in popular sitcom "High Kick 1" in 2006 and saw her popularity soar after starring in KBS' "SungKyunKwan Scandal" and recently in "Glory Jane."
