Tony An to hold first-ever fan meeting in Japan next month
Korean singer Tony An will hold his first-ever fan meeting in Japan next month, according to his promoter Lune Communication.
On Monday, Lune announced in a press release that An will meet-and-greet his fans at Club Cheetah in Kawasaki of Japan on July 29.
An's manager told 10Asia over the phone that the singer will hold a talk session and perform about five to six songs at the event.
"I am extremely nervous about my first fan meeting in Japan and I hope to show the fans a great time and performance," An was quoted as saying.
Born An Seung-ho, Tony An made his debut in 1996 as a singer in the now-disbanded idol group H.O.T. He then formed JTL with its ex-members Jang Woo-hyuk and Lee Jae-won but the trio also naturally broke up when the bandmates sought solo careers.
