Han Hye-jin to hold fan meeting in Japan over weekend

Korean actress Han Hye-jin will meet and greet fans in Japan over the weekend, according to her agency Namoo Actors on Thursday.

Namoo announced in a press release that Han will hold her second fan meeting in the country at the MLB Cafe in Tokyo of Japan on February 19, talking with fans and holding various other events including showing a special video with appearances by her friends and family.

"I am excited and have high hopes for my fan meeting in Tokyo. I feel that this will give me chance to give back to my fans who have shown their support and love for me," Han was quoted as saying.

Han has appeared in a number of movies and TV series since her acting debut in 2002. She is currently preparing to make her return to the small screen in KBS’ new Wednesday and Thursday drama tentatively titled "Thorn Birds" which will go on air starting February 23.

She has a strong fan base in Japan after dramas "Jumong," "Be Strong, Geum Soon!" "Terrorir" and "Jejungwon" were aired in the country.
