G-Dragon concert tickets sold out in 10 minutes

Tickets for Korean pop idol G-Dragon's first solo concert sold out within 10 minutes of going on sale, according to his agency on Thursday.

YG Entertainment said that fans had snapped up all 12,000 of the first round of tickets from Internet shopping mall 11st Street the previous evening in just minutes of going on sale.

The second round of reservation for the 21-year-old singer's concert titled "Shine A Light", is set to be held October 30.

The "Light" concert will feature performances from the singer and songwriter, plus a candid look into his 10-year journey turning from a YG trainee into the leader of boy band Big Bang.

His concert will be held at Seoul's Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium on December 5-6.
