"Seon-deok" continues to rule TV charts

MBC's hit drama "Queen Seon-deok" has dominated TV ratings for the eighth consecutive week.

The historical drama scored an average 41.4 percent viewership rating for the week of September 14, according to statistics released by TNS Media Korea on Monday.

This is the eighth week "Seon-deok" has taken the top spot on TV charts and KBS2 TV's "My Too Perfect Sons" came in second with a 37.9 percent rating.

KBS 2TV's "Happy Sunday", with a 23 percent viewership rating, was first in the non-drama category and third overall.

"Gag Concert" (KBS2) followed in fourth overall with 22 percent and SBS's "Family Outing" in fifth place with 20.3 percent.
