Super Junior Heechul tweets about upcoming group album
K-pop idol Heechul of Super Junior has given his fans an update on his group's latest accomplishment and new album.
Today, the pop star wrote, "We were able to maintain the No. 1 spot in Taiwan with 'BONAMANA' for over a year. I guess we'll have to break that record with a new song from our fifth album," expressing his confidence on Super Junior's upcoming album.
He went on to say, "We are busy preparing the fifth album but I know you will go crazy once it comes out! That is because we are a killer group."
Recently, Super Junior's title track "BONAMANA," from their fourth full-length album of the same name, topped Taiwan’s KKBOX weekly music chart during the week of May 22 to 28, making it its 52nd week in first place.
Heechul first started out in the entertainment business with a role in KBS' teenage drama "Sharp 2" in 2005 and then began his singing career as one of the members his popular boy band which has remained one of the most popular K-pop acts in Asia.

As a group, Super Junior is gearing up to make their official debut into the music market in Japan with the release of their single "美人(BONAMANA)" on June 8, while its ringtone version became available last month.
