An interview and recent photographs of Super Junior member Kang-in, who is currently serving his mandatory two-year military service, has been revealed in a magazine.

The 26-year-old, who entered the military in July last year, was featured in the 28th issue of the Republic of Korea Army's online magazine Armyzine in which he speaks out about his military life.

"I reflect on how I hurt and disappointed my family and those who loved me before I enlisted into the army. I go to sleep every night wondering if I will ever be loved again," Kang-in said in his interview.

He went on to explain about the changes in his life saying, "I have lost a lot of weight and have regained my health, while my thoughts about our country have changed a lot as well. The citizens of our country are at ease knowing that soldiers are always working hard and also focused even with the hardships."

The idol concluded the interview by expressing how much he misses his fans and how he wants to stand before everyone without being an embarrassment when he is discharged.

Kang-in is one of the 13 members of popular idol group Super Junior but withdrew from group activities and did not take part in recording the band's fourth full-length album "BONAMANA."

He made headlines in October 2009 when he was caught drunk driving and fleeing the scene after colliding into two taxis. He turned himself into police several hours later, and was later summarily indicted with a fine of eight million won charged by the Seoul Central District Court.
