After School to return to music scene in 2 units
Eight-member girl group After School will make their comeback to the local music scene in two units, according to a press release from their agency Pledis Entertainment.
On Friday, Pledis announced that the girls will make their return in units to promote their new album "After School 4th Single" which will go on sale in mid-July.
"We are still in talks to figure out on how the members will be separated but we hope that the units will show a new and different side to each member," a PR official from Pledis told 10Asia over the phone.
After School made their debut in January 2009 with their first single album "New Schoolgirl." The girls finished promoting title track "Shampoo" from their first full-length album "VIRGIN" and are preparing expand their singing career into Japan next month.
