2AM to kick off promotional tour in Japan in Jan 2012

Korean ballad group 2AM will kick off their first promotional tour in Japan early next year, according to the group's promoter Big Hit Entertainment.

On Friday, an official with Big Hit told 10Asia over the phone that 2AM will promote their Japanese debut single "Never Let You Go," set to go on sale on November 9, and themselves on their tour called "2AM 1st JAPAN TOUR "Never let you go" starting in Nagoya on January 24 next year.

"The boys will then head off to Tokyo for two shows on November 26 and 27 and visit Osaka two days later," the official explained.

"2AM recently held a press conference with the local media outlets and performed for the first time ever 'Never Let You Go.’”

Composed of other members Jo Kwon, Seulong and Jinwoon, 2AM was trained and discovered by Korean talenthouse JYP Entertainment (JYPE). They made their debut in 2008 with their single album "This Song."
