2NE1 member Park Bom releases solo single

K-pop girl band 2NE1 member Park Bom today released her first solo single “You and I”, according to a report on Wednesday.

The song, released as a digital single, is an R&B and hip-hop style tune which contains lyrics about vowing eternal love to a lover.

It was composed by producer Teddy, who also penned several hit songs for the pop group including “Lollipop”, “I Don’t Care” and Sandara Park’s solo single “Kiss”.

Park also unveiled the music video in which she appears looking innocent in a white wedding dress, contrary to the strong image she has portrayed so far.

2NE1, managed by Korean talent powerhouse YG Entertainment, is one of the most popular pop groups in Korea since their debut in July.
