International pop star Ke$ha will rock the stage in Korea next month, according to the concert's promoter Hyundai Card on Tuesday.

The pop starlet will be the first artist to perform as part of the "Hyundai Card Culture Project" to be held at the AX-Hall in Seoul on March 29.

The "Hyundai Card Culture Project" introduces various realms of culture, including new and global artists, theater, musicals, dance and exhibitions to the local audience.

"This project is a new way for the audience to reach out to various genres of culture and recording artists,” an official from Hyundai Card told 10Asia over the phone. “We chose Ke$ha since she is currently one of the hottest musicians as well as a world-renowned singer.”

Born Kesha Rose Sebert, Ke$ha made her breakthrough into the music industry in early 2009 after appearing on rapper Flo Rida's single "Right Round." She then released her debut single "Tik Tok" in late 2009 which was followed by her debut album "Animal" which produced various top ten singles such as “Take It Off” and “Blah Blah Blah.”

Ke$ha will embark on her first worldwide concert tour titled "Get Sleazy Tour," which will kick off in Portland, Oregon today, visiting various states in North America and other countries such as Australia and Asia to promote her first extended play album "Cannibal."
