Korean singing trio JYJ's documentary has been set to open in select theaters starting next week, according to the group's promoter C-JeS Entertainment on Tuesday.
C-JeS announced that JYJ's documentary "The Day," a 90-minute film introducing the everyday activities of the members of JYJ off the stage, will be shown in 17 Lotte Cinema Theaters throughout Korea starting February 23.
Originally, "The Day" was slated to open in several CGV movie theaters on February 9 though due to complications with the contract, the screening was cancelled.
JYJ, composed of members Park Yuchun, Kim Jaejoong and Kim Junsu, were formerly of quintet TVXQ, K-pop's most popular and successful boy band in the Asia region.
Recently, the boys released their first Korean-language album "In Heaven" featuring their title tracks "In Heaven" and "Get Out" which fared well on various online music charts.
The group is currently preparing for their South American tour where they will perform in Chile and Peru in March.
