New SBS series "Midas," starring Korean actors Jang Hyuk, Kim Hee-ae and Lee Min-jung, will go on air next week, according to the show's producer SBS on Wednesday.

SBS announced in a press release on Wednesday that "Midas," written by scenarist Choi Wan-kyu and helmed by Kang Shin-hyo and Lee Chang-min, will hit airwaves on February 22 after current series "Athena" ends its run.

"Midas" tells the story of a former fund manager and genius lawyer named Kim Do-hyun (Jang Hyuk) who strikes up a deal with a brilliant business woman named Yoo In-hye (Kim Hee-ae).

The broadcasting company also revealed the official website of the show (http://tv.sbs.co.kr/midas) as well as trailer for the upcoming show with the date of the show's premiere.

"'Midas' contains a tense storyline and intertwines money, greed and love," producer Kim Young-sup was quoted as saying in the statement. "The actors are working hard and I believe that these elements will bring in a lot of viewers."
