An upcoming TV series starring Korean singer and actor Kim Hyung-jun will begin its run in two weeks time, the show's promoter YTree Media announced on Monday.
According to YTree, Kim who is playing a smart public service worker in the new drama "Late Blossom" is set to premiere on SBS' cable channel SBS Plus on April 16.
In addition, the movie was invited to several film festivals including Jeonju International Film Festival (JIFF) and Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) while Lee received the best actor award at the 2011 Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Festival in China.
Kim made his debut as the youngest member of the popular boy band SS501 in 2005. This will be his second acting role after starring in cable channel KBS-N's "She's Completely Insane!" (translated title).
