Girl group A PINK's member Son Na-eun has confirmed that she will take part in SBS' new TV series.
On Tuesday, A PINK's agency A Cube Entertainment told 10Asia over a phone interview that Son will be making her acting debut in a historical series tentatively titled, "Daepungsoo"(Romanized Korean).
According to the agency, the drama revolves around major figures in late Koryo Dynasty that played major roles in establishing the Joseon Dynasty with the first king of Joseon, Lee Sung-kye.
The idol is reportedly set to play the childhood days of the female lead, which is most likely to be portrayed by singer-turned-actress Eugene.
The "It Girl" singers, who appeared in the mainstream K-pop with debut record "Seven Springs of A PINK" in 2011, are actively promoting the title of the album, "HUSH."
