Korean male group Shinhwa scored their first win with their song "Venus" on Mnet's music show last night.
Making their comeback in nearly four years, Shinhwa were named the winners on "M! CountDown," after competing against Busker Busker's "Cherry Blossom Ending" and 4minute's "Volume Up" on Thursday.
Shinhwa, composed of other members Kim Dong-wan, Shin Hye-sung, Andy, Eric and Jun Jin, broke into the music scene as one of the earliest idol groups to make their debut in Korea with the debut album “Trouble-setter” in 1998.
Upon their comeback in late March, the boys held the 14th anniversary concert, "2012 SHINHWA GRAND TOUR IN SEOUL 'THE RETURN',” on March 25, and have been recording for their own televised program, “Shinhwa Broadcasting,” on a cable network.
