They handed over the vehicle to the customer and offered their congratulations. The first customer selected the GLE, Mercedes-Benz's flagship mid-size SUV.
This customer checked the vehicle price and paid the deposit through the online "Mercedes-Benz Store," then selected the Guri showroom of the official partner, HS Hyosung The Class, for the visit. At the showroom, the customer received personalized consultation from a dedicated sales consultant, taking into account their lifestyle, driving style, and budget, and ultimately decided to purchase the "GLE 450 4MATIC AMG" from the GLE lineup.
CEO Matthias Beutel said, "I am delighted to personally deliver a vehicle to the first customer who signed a contract using the new sales method, which was introduced to provide a transparent and consistent purchasing experience. We will continue to strengthen customer satisfaction by creating a more trustworthy and convenient purchasing journey across both online and offline sales channels."
