Kolon Motors Renovates BMW MINI Gwangju Showroom...Adopts Retail Next Concept
Enhanced Immersion for Visitors with M Zone and JCW Zone
Kolon Motors, the official dealer for BMW Group Korea, announced on April 15 that it has newly renovated its BMW and MINI Gwangju showroom.
The BMW MINI Gwangju Showroom, located in Nongseong-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju, is the largest showroom in the Honam region, housed in a two-story building with a total floor area of 1,583 square meters (approximately 479 pyeong). Through this renovation, BMW Group’s latest exhibition space concept, “Retail Next,” has been applied, reflecting customer flow and the characteristics of the display vehicles.
The showroom features 11 of the latest BMW models and 8 MINI models. The first floor includes the “GKL Zone,” dedicated to BMW’s luxury class models, while the second floor houses the “M Zone,” where visitors can explore high-performance BMW M models and exclusive parts, as well as the “JCW Zone,” a special area for high-performance MINI JCW models. These zones allow visitors to fully immerse themselves in the vehicles on display.
Additionally, a new “Handover Zone” has been created on the second floor to provide customers with an impressive vehicle delivery experience. A premium sound system has been installed throughout the customer flow areas of the showroom, offering a luxurious atmosphere reminiscent of a hotel lounge.
