On stage, Diana tightly braided her long hair into two sections, tied the ends together, and attached them to a chain and carabiner. Six weight plates were suspended from the chain. According to Guinness World Records, Diana, in front of an audience, successfully lifted the plates off the ground and managed to keep the total weight of 75.35 kg suspended in the air for about 14 seconds. This record surpasses the previous mark of 55.6 kg, set by Indian weightlifter Asha Rani in 2014, by approximately 19.75 kg.

Diana has been performing as a circus artist for 26 years. Drawing on her experience in the 'hair hanging' act, where she supports her body with her hair while suspended in the air, she took on this Guinness challenge. She stated that she trained for about six months to prepare for the attempt. Since lifting heavy weights with her hair places significant pressure on her scalp, neck, and lower back, she explained that she underwent physical adaptation training to endure the strain.
