Personalized Advice by Licensed 'Housing Safety Managers'
Seodaemun-gu in Seoul is operating the 'Visiting Jeonwolse Safe Contract Assistance Service' for university students, who are often vulnerable to real estate information.
Seodaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Seongheon) announced on April 23 that it will set up on-site consultation booths at university campuses within the district starting next month. The schedule is as follows: Yonsei University (in front of the Student Union Building) on April 28, Kyonggi University (in front of the Student Union Building) on May 12, and Myongji College (in front of the Main Building) on May 26. All consultations will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Even if you are not a student of the participating universities, anyone can receive a consultation as long as the Jeonwolse contract is within Seodaemun-gu.
In order to improve accessibility, Seodaemun-gu decided to bring the service directly to campuses. Normally, regular consultations are held every Monday and Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Appointments can be made via the 'Seoul Single-Person Household Portal' (https://1in.seoul.go.kr), after which you can receive a phone consultation with a Housing Safety Manager or an in-person consultation at the Real Estate Information Division on the first floor of Seodaemun-gu Office.
The service is available to current residents of Seodaemun-gu and those planning to move in. Free services include Jeonwolse contract consultations, assistance in searching for housing, contract drafting, accompaniment when viewing homes, and guidance on various housing support policies. On Saturdays, the 'Housing Safety Accompaniment' service, such as contract drafting and home viewing, is provided by reservation.
