On April 22, JTBC's "Incident Head" released video footage submitted by viewers, highlighting disruptive behaviors by passengers. The first video, filmed on the night of April 20 on a KTX train traveling from Seoul to Masan, shows a woman with her feet resting on the armrest of the seat in front of her.

It turned out the smell was coming from the feet of a woman seated behind them. The woman in the back had removed her shoes and placed both feet, covered only in socks, on A’s armrest while comfortably sleeping.
At the time, there were only about five or six passengers in the train car, so A said, "I didn’t want to get into an argument, so I just moved to another seat."

According to the submitter, B, about 20 minutes before landing, a female passenger dressed in leggings and other athletic wear stood up and stretched her leg onto the seat headrest for about 15 seconds. Her bare foot was visibly placed above the backrest.
B explained, "The woman’s husband was sitting right next to her, but instead of stopping her, he just laughed and chatted as if nothing was wrong. The flight attendants also did not intervene." B added, "I wish people would avoid behaviors that could make others uncomfortable, even for just one second."
