This recruitment of professional staff, carried out after diversifying talent acquisition channels based on the MOU signed with Remember & Company to accelerate the achievement of the management vision of becoming a 'New Hybrid Bank,' will seek experienced professionals in fields such as AX (AI Transformation), digital, banking/Android development, UX/UI, trust specialists, asset management, accounting, information security, risk management, credit review, credit inspection, and credit audit.
An iM Bank representative stated, "Through this first-half recruitment, we will continuously secure key professionals who will lead the advancement of AI-based financial services and the innovation of our digital platform," and added, "In addition to the AI and digital fields, we plan to continuously secure core talent in various areas such as risk management, information security, and accounting, in order to strengthen organizational work competencies."
In particular, iM Bank is actively seeking to recruit experienced professionals with diverse and extensive backgrounds in their respective fields regardless of age, and plans to continue its 'Senior Pro' recruitment targeting retired employees with long experience in the financial sector as well as senior experts from other fields.
The iM Bank Senior Pro program has distinguished itself in roles requiring deep expertise and extensive on-site experience, such as credit review, credit inspection, and credit audit. Based on this, the company plans to continue expanding the Senior Pro recruitment model—which has already achieved positive results in positions such as corporate branch manager (PRM) and credit reviewer—in this round of hiring. This is a strategic decision, as the know-how and human networks of senior professionals have been proven to contribute substantially to strengthening the organization's competitiveness.
