NH Nonghyup Bank Expands Non-Face-to-Face Foreign Currency Deposit Services...Improves Customer Accessibility
Extended Sign-up Hours and Introduction of Non-Face-to-Face Account Opening
NH Nonghyup Bank announced on April 20 that it has expanded its non-face-to-face foreign currency deposit services to promote the use of digital finance and enhance customer convenience in foreign exchange transactions.
Since April 7, the bank has extended the hours during which individual and corporate customers can open new installment and lump-sum foreign currency deposit accounts through non-face-to-face channels, now available from 9:00 AM to 11:50 PM on business days. This initiative aims to allow customers to sign up for foreign currency deposits at any time, even after business hours.
Starting April 15, corporate clients have also been able to open foreign currency demand deposit accounts non-face-to-face via Corporate Smart Banking and Internet Banking. NH Nonghyup Bank expects this to improve corporate customers' access to foreign exchange transactions.
The bank plans to actively promote the expansion of non-face-to-face foreign exchange transactions and enhance customer convenience by establishing an environment where foreign exchange transactions can be conducted without restrictions on time or location.
