SK Ecoplant Surpasses 2,169 Employee Counseling Sessions... "Continued Expansion of Customized Welfare"
SK ecoplant announced on the 17th that its "Epicaire (Eco People Care)" psychological counseling program surpassed 2,169 counseling sessions as of last year.
The Epicaire program is available not only to SK ecoplant employees but also to their spouses and children. It offers comprehensive counseling for a range of issues, from personal emotional concerns such as anxiety and depression, to work-related stress and family conflicts, including parenting challenges.
Since its initial launch in June 2022, the number of counseling sessions exceeded 2,000 in just over three years and six months. More than 50% of the sessions are utilized by family members such as spouses and children. Internally, the program is recognized as a specialized psychological care service that helps resolve issues like family conflict and work stress, providing participants with a sense of emotional stability.
Participants can choose from in-person, phone, video, or KakaoTalk channels for their counseling sessions, both online and offline. Each participant is entitled to up to five free 50-minute sessions per year, with additional support available based on individual psychological needs. Through a dedicated website, users can also access a "self-assessment service" that diagnoses work-related stress factors and stress awareness levels, and receive customized solutions based on their results.
