Bucheon City Accelerates Housing Supply in Old City Centers and Transit Districts... 4,400 Units for General Sale
Bucheon City in Gyeonggi Province announced on April 16 that it will supply new housing, focusing on redevelopment projects in three areas—Sosa 3, Sosabon 1-1, and Sang-dong—as well as transit-oriented districts in both new and old city centers.
This year, a total of approximately 4,400 housing units are planned for general sale. Among the major projects, the Goean 3D District redevelopment project, "Onsu Station Ssangyong Platinum," which began sales in February, will consist of a total of 759 units.

View original imageIn the area around Sosa Station on the Gyeongin Line, the Sosa 3 District will offer 897 out of a total 1,649 units for general sale in the first half of the year, while the Sosabon 1-1 District will provide 1,419 units, including officetel units, out of a total of 1,728 units for sale in the second half of the year.
Additionally, 1,859 housing units are planned for the former Sang-dong Homeplus site near Sang-dong Station on Line 7, with the target of launching sales in July this year.
