These partners play a crucial role in distributing LG Electronics' HVAC products and overseeing their physical installation in local markets. They have become core stakeholders in LG Electronics' business-to-business (B2B) and HVAC business by expanding the scope of cooperation in areas such as technology exchange and training-related collaboration.
Recently, LG Electronics successfully secured additional orders in the Philippines by supplying cooling solutions to a fast-food chain and proposing the 'Beacon' system, which manages energy through data analysis. In Thailand, the company significantly improved operational efficiency for a shabu-shabu chain by attaching a separate filter to existing duct products, enabling the processing of large amounts of oil vapor.
At Magok LG Science Park, LG Electronics set up a regional strategic business offering zone, an LG HVAC AI zone, and a new business zone to showcase its diverse HVAC product portfolio and project execution capabilities. In particular, the regional strategic business offering zone featured customized products and solutions that LG Electronics has actually proposed and supplied, reflecting the unique characteristics of each country and customer. This allowed Asian partners to explore new business opportunities together.
Separate sessions were prepared for each subsidiary, highlighting product portfolios and operational strategies tailored to the characteristics of each country. After touring the Pyeongtaek chiller plant and the premium home appliance store LG Electronics Flagship D5, the partners expressed great interest in LG Electronics' HVAC technology, which ranges from ultra-large chillers to household products like air purifiers.
LG Electronics is working to establish long-term partnerships with key local partners based on technology and trust, with the aim of maximizing growth rates, expanding sales, and building sustainable growth models. In the second half of the year, the company plans to hold seminars for partners in Latin America, further refining its partner pool through annual management programs.
