Chungjungone explained that it utilized fat reduction technology to fill the empty spaces left by the removal of fat particles with plant-based ingredients such as dietary fiber and microbial fermentation products, thereby enhancing the structure and recreating the characteristic creamy texture and savory flavor of mayonnaise. The product is made with domestic eggs and soybean oil to maintain the original mayonnaise ingredients as much as possible, and uses allulose produced in-house by Daesang to reduce the sugar content to 1g per 100g.
The product is available in two sizes, 290g and 485g. It can be purchased through various online and offline channels, including Daesang’s official online store, Jeongwon e-Shop, as well as Emart and Coupang. In celebration of the new product launch, Emart is also holding a "1+1" promotion until the 31st.
