Kim is accused of causing the deaths of victims, including a man in his 20s, by handing them drinks laced with drugs at a motel in Suyu-dong, Gangbuk-gu last month. According to the police investigation, Kim killed two men in succession using this method.
The psychopathy diagnostic test quantifies the suspect's personality traits—such as callousness, impulsivity, lack of empathy, and irresponsibility—across 20 questions. In Korea, a total score of 25 or higher out of a maximum of 40 points is generally classified as psychopathic. Kim was found to have exceeded the threshold score of 25 in this assessment.
