At this year's exhibition, HomeCC presented over 60 new products under the theme of 'Reinterpreting Nature,' including LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) products featuring digital printing technology, as well as its eco-friendly production technology known as '4Re.'
Digital printing technology is a new printing method that utilizes CMYK (four-color) inkjet. Compared to the traditional gravure printing method, it offers more than three times higher resolution and enables patterns to be repeated over an area more than twice as large, allowing for more precise and realistic representation of natural materials such as wood and stone.
This technology allows for flexible production, accommodating small batches of a wide variety of products and highly customized color schemes. KCC Glass uses its own eco-friendly UV (ultraviolet) ink and has streamlined the production process to reduce resource consumption, excelling in both production efficiency and environmental sustainability.

The LVT products introduced at the exhibition can feature an eco-friendly coating layer containing USDA-certified materials and have received 'FloorScore,' the U.S. indoor air quality certification, earning high marks for product safety.
KCC Glass also introduced its eco-friendly flooring production technology, '4Re.' The name '4Re' is derived from the initials of four core concepts: Recycle, Reuse, Replacement, and Reduce.
'Recycle' refers to the technology of reprocessing used PET bottles or low-grade wallpaper into raw materials. 'Reuse' describes the process of capturing plasticizers generated during flooring production and reusing them as blending materials. 'Replacement' involves using bio-based UV coatings derived from plant biomass instead of traditional chemical coatings. 'Reduce' refers to new blending technologies aimed at reducing fossil fuel use and CO₂ emissions.
Additionally, HomeCC unveiled its 'one-stop solution,' which enables customized responses for customers throughout the entire process from consultation to production.
