View original imageThe Seo Suwon Service Center has a total floor area of 970 square meters and is equipped with seven work bays, allowing for the maintenance of up to 35 vehicles per day. It is also equipped with both fast and slow electric vehicle chargers, making it possible to provide services tailored to the growing demand for electrification.
Located within Deutsch Autoworld, the center offers excellent accessibility and customer convenience. By leveraging the proximity and network connectivity between the showroom and service center, Audi aims to further strengthen its brand touchpoints for customers in the southern metropolitan area and achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction.
This year, Audi Korea has established a network expansion strategy under the goal of a new leap forward for the Audi brand, based on strong partnerships with its dealers. In order to continuously provide premium services and vehicle usage experiences even after vehicle purchase, the company is committed to steadily expanding its service network and strengthening customer touchpoints. As of the end of last year, there were 33 service centers, and Audi Korea plans to increase this number to 37 within this year.
