Global hospitality tech company H2O Hospitality (H2O) announced on the 31st that it has signed a digital transformation (DX) contract to supply a smart check-in solution to the luxury hotel "Westminster Dubai Mall Hotel" located in the heart of Dubai.

View original imageThis contract signing is regarded as a significant achievement for H2O as it expands its global business. Westminster Dubai Mall Hotel is operated by the Westminster Holidays group, which runs a total of 16 hotels worldwide, including in the United States, the United Kingdom, Egypt, and Dubai.
The hotel is connected to Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping and entertainment destination. Located in downtown Dubai near the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa, guests can enjoy views of Burj Khalifa from their rooms.
Through this contract, H2O will provide the smart check-in solution to Westminster Dubai Mall Hotel. Hotel guests can easily complete information registration and membership sign-up for check-in before arriving at the hotel using their smartphones without installing a separate app. They can then receive a pre-prepared room key at the front desk without waiting long and proceed directly to their rooms.
From the hotel's perspective, the efficiency of front desk operations will improve, and various upselling features such as early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, and package promotions can be offered during the smart check-in process. This is also expected to increase additional revenue.
