Professor Lee Sang-cheol and Dr. Park Jeong-hyun Appointed as New Directors of KAAC and KASI
The Aerospace Administration announced on the 17th that the Korea Aerospace Research Institute board has appointed Professor Lee Sang-cheol from Korea Aerospace University, and the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute board has appointed Dr. Park Jeong-hyun as the new directors of KARI and KASI, respectively.
The newly appointed director of KARI and Dr. Park, the new director of KASI, will receive their appointment letters on the 20th and begin their three-year terms.

The terms of the previous directors of KARI and KASI expired in March and April of last year, respectively, but the appointment of new directors had been delayed even after the launch of the Aerospace Administration.
