Boseong County Selects and Commends 8 'Best Kindness Public Officials'
Impressive Administration for Residents through Proactive Work Handling
Boseong County, South Jeolla Province, announced on the 24th that it had selected and commended eight recipients of the 2024 'Best Kindness Public Official of the Year' award, who received high praise from colleagues and residents for their friendly and proactive work attitude.
The honored public officials this year are: Jeong Chan-im, head of Nodong-myeon; Moon Samjae, team leader of the Planning and Budget Office; Lim Jeongmi, team leader of the General Affairs Division; Jeon Sangjun, team leader of Joseong-myeon; Kim Mira, officer at the Public Health Center; Han Hwigwan, officer at the Department of Culture and Tourism; Noh Jihoon, officer at the Department of Social Welfare; and Choi Woohyuk, officer at Nodong-myeon.

A Boseong County official said, "We congratulate the exemplary public officials who have increased resident satisfaction, and we will actively share stories of kind public servants to enhance the awareness of kindness among all employees."
Meanwhile, Boseong County is pursuing various kindness initiatives to provide the best administrative services based on the trust of its residents.
Civil petition guides are stationed at the main entrance and the civil affairs office of the county office, assisting about 300 visitors each month and offering Boseong fermented tea to create a comfortable atmosphere. Every Tuesday, the Comprehensive Civil Affairs Office operates a 'Kindness Pledge Day,' encouraging the practice of kindness as part of daily work.
