Samsung Electronics announced on the 10th that the cumulative views of the SmartThings Latin America campaign video, a device connectivity platform, have surpassed 40 million.

View original imageThe video parodies the popular 1970s Latin American sitcom 'El Chavo del Ocho' to convey that a more convenient daily life can be experienced through SmartThings connectivity. Since its first unveiling at Europe's largest home appliance exhibition 'IFA 2024' last September, the video has received positive responses, including surpassing 10 million views in Brazil within a week.
Samsung Electronics stated that the video gained attention by portraying the connection of home devices such as air conditioners and refrigerators through SmartThings in an easy and entertaining way.
