On the 31st at 10:30 a.m., the city announced that the agreement was signed at the Seoul City Hall main conference room. Kyiv Oblast is a local administrative unit subordinate to the central government of Ukraine and is a different administrative district from Kyiv City, the capital.
This business agreement was made during a visit by a delegation including Mykyta Herashchenko, Director of Kyiv International Cooperation, the Kyiv Oblast government, and officials from the Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure, who came to inspect Seoul’s excellent transportation sites.
Before the agreement, the delegation visited TOPIS, a system that monitors road traffic and transportation information in real time and collects and analyzes public transportation data, showing interest in Seoul’s use of transportation big data.
