This business agreement was made during a visit by a delegation including Mykyta Herashchenko, Director of Kyiv International Cooperation, the Kyiv Oblast government, and officials from the Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure, who came to inspect Seoul’s excellent transportation sites.

Before the agreement, the delegation visited TOPIS, a system that monitors road traffic and transportation information in real time and collects and analyzes public transportation data, showing interest in Seoul’s use of transportation big data. After the agreement, they plan to tour transportation sites across Seoul, including Seoul Station Jamsil Metropolitan Transfer Center and T-money.

Yoon Jong-jang, Director of the Seoul Transportation Office, stated, "Restoring public transportation infrastructure is very important for the daily recovery of citizens. We will cooperate to share Seoul’s excellent transportation operation experience and contribute to the development of international transportation."
