He added, "Large loan companies like Booyoung, which heavily use the National Housing Fund, are given loan approval limits for new projects to prevent them from becoming overly dependent on the fund, and they are separately managed through rental rate inspections."
Regarding disputes related to the sale conversion price of rental housing, he explained, "To prevent such issues, the Enforcement Rules of the Rental Housing Act were revised and implemented in July 2014, over 10 years ago, "adding, "specifically, construction costs are based on the construction costs at the time of the initial tenant recruitment announcement, with the standard construction cost set as the upper limit, and the rules are very detailed."
