More than 80,000 people applied for the first-priority subscription of 'Jamsil Raemian I-Park,' a reconstruction of Jinju Apartment in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription website on the 22nd, 82,487 people applied for the first-priority supply of 307 units at Jamsil Raemian I-Park held that day, resulting in an average competition rate of 268.7 to 1. The complex also attracted nearly 40,000 applicants during the special supply the previous day, with a competition rate reaching 140 to 1.
The 84㎡ D-type, which had the largest number of 87 units available, saw 27,287 applicants, recording a competition rate of 313.6 to 1.
The 59㎡ A-type, with 24 units available, attracted 14,190 applicants, showing the highest competition rate of 591.2 to 1.
The competition rate for the 59㎡ C-type also reached 415.6 to 1.
