Social Venture Company 'Nanchun' - Daegu Facilities Corporation, Business Agreement ... Development of Outing Call 'AI Counselor'
‘Nanchun,’ a resident company of the Korea Student Aid Foundation Daegu Youth Startup Center Startup Dormitory, signed a business agreement with the Daegu Public Facilities Management Corporation (Chairman Moon Gi-bong) to develop the ‘Nadeuri Call Artificial Intelligence (AI) Counselor.’
This business agreement was made with the goal of introducing an artificial intelligence (AI) solution to provide efficient service for the special transportation service ‘Nadeuri Call,’ operated by the Daegu Public Facilities Management Corporation in accordance with Article 16 of the ‘Act on the Promotion of Convenience for Transportation Vulnerable Groups.’ It is expected that the introduction of the Nadeuri Call AI counseling system will reduce call center operating costs by more than 30% and enable the provision of customized customer service.

Through ‘Daon,’ Nanchun creates social value by reducing leisure and social activity costs for vulnerable groups. Currently, ‘Daon’ is only serviced in the Daegu area, but from this year, it plans to expand operations to the Seoul metropolitan area.
Jung Hee-jae, CEO of Nanchun, said, “Since last year, we have been residing in the Daegu Youth Startup Center Startup Dormitory, receiving startup consulting and education. Interacting with residents active in various startup fields has greatly helped us develop startup capabilities and expand our business.” He added, “We are very honored to participate in the development of the Nadeuri Call AI counseling system, and we expect that the introduction of an intelligent customer center will improve call center operational efficiency and provide better services to customers.”

The Korea Student Aid Foundation Youth Startup Center Startup Dormitory is located in five regions nationwide (Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, and Daejeon). It is a project that provides free housing and startup spaces so that university (graduate) students interested in or preparing for startups can fully focus on their ventures. It connects residents with professional startup advisors to provide monthly startup consultations and supports exchanges among resident young entrepreneurs, offering differentiated youth startup support programs.
