On the same day, during a campaign rally supporting Seo Il-jun, candidate for Geoje, Gyeongnam, Han mentioned the 'controversial remarks' of Kim Jun-hyeok, candidate for Suwon Jeong, Gyeonggi Province, from the Democratic Party.
Han said, "A person named Kim Jun-hyeok spat out various words that are beyond description. It was at the level of obscene language," adding, "That's all he has in his mind. Yet the Democratic Party is protecting him."
Han recalled the controversy over Lee Jae-myung's 'insulting his sister-in-law,' saying, "Representative Lee cannot discipline candidate Kim Jun-hyeok. Lee has a nickname known to the entire nation. Who created that nickname, which is hard to mention? He himself said it."
He also questioned, "Can you imagine me saying things like Lee's nickname or what candidate Kim Jun-hyeok says?" and said, "People who speak like that make up about 0.01% of South Korea."
Han then criticized, "They are filled with perverted thoughts that destroy morality and hate humanity. Why should such people represent us?"
He appealed to female voters, saying, "Is this really okay?" and added, "People like Representative Lee Jae-myung and Kim Jun-hyeok are deliberate offenders. They do not stop after one time. What kind of policies would such people implement if they go to the National Assembly?"
Han continued, "I wanted to prevent people like Jo Doo-soon from suddenly living in one-room apartments where university students and women live together. So I created the Korean version of Jessica's Law. I also made the law that abolishes the semi-conditional prosecution for stalking victims."
He emphasized, "I am pushing for stronger sentencing for sex crimes and strengthening electronic monitoring devices. I have increased CCTV and emergency buttons," and said, "Compare me and Representative Lee Jae-myung in terms of efforts and attitudes to address misogyny, gender equality issues, and creating a safe world for women."
