Samsung SDS Wins Red Dot Design Award for Best Design
Samsung SDS announced on the 4th that it has been globally recognized for its customer experience (CX) design capabilities by winning the highest design award, the ‘Best of the Best,’ at the Red Dot Design Award.
The Red Dot Design Award, along with the iF Design Award and IDEA, is one of the world's top three design awards and is divided into three categories: ▲Product Design ▲Brand and Communication Design ▲Design Concept.
Samsung SDS received the highest design award in the Design Concept category and the main award in the Brand and Communication Design category for its knowledge asset platform ‘TX360˚,’ which utilizes Total Experience (TX), achieving dual wins in two categories.
Total Experience refers to a strategy that integrates and manages various experiences customers encounter while using a specific product or service, including user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), multi-experience (MX), brand experience (BX), product experience (PX), and service experience (SX).
Samsung SDS possesses an internal platform, TX360˚, which leverages processes, methodologies, design assets, and related knowledge acquired through customer experience work to provide the best integrated experience to customers.
When participating in the Red Dot Design Award’s Design Concept category, Samsung SDS presented a future concept applying generative AI technology to the existing TX360˚. This concept adds innovation to digital experiences by automatically reflecting design improvements recommended by generative AI based on experience data generated along the customer journey.
This allows even those who are not customer experience experts to receive help in solving problems by utilizing the knowledge assets provided by the platform. For example, website managers can analyze various complaints or issues customers face while using the website through TX360˚ and quickly and easily improve them by applying prepared solutions and design assets.
