This touchscreen system operates by automatically recognizing the user's location and actions through separate sensors inside the device.
When a wheelchair user touches the screen in front of the device, the menu position automatically adjusts to the user's eye level. Visually impaired individuals can stand in front of the device and speak, and the system recognizes their voice to provide a voice-operated response service for civil service guidance. For hearing-impaired users who use sign language, the system offers sign language response services using sign language video generation technology.
By using this system, users can receive guidance on essential civil service information related to family relationship registration, passport issuance, building permits, taxation, real estate, and automobiles, as well as the necessary documents and procedures for civil service applications. It also provides information on the responsible departments and personnel, as well as the locations of facilities within the government buildings.
Additionally, the system offers tourism information introducing representative tourist attractions in Yongin, along with information on various city events and policies.
