Ourhome Food Empire Unveils New Summer Menu Featuring Seasonal Ingredients
Release of 4 Varieties Including Lemon, Chamnamul, Dasulgi, and Eggplant
Food Empire, a food hall brand operated by Ourhome, announced on the 18th that it has launched four new summer menu items using seasonal ingredients.
The newly introduced menu includes ▲Yurin Wang Donkatsu ▲Bulgogi Chamnamul Bibim Guksu ▲Dasulgi Sujebi Doenjang Haejangguk ▲Spicy Pork and Eggplant Rice Bowl. These dishes utilize summer seasonal ingredients such as lemon, chamnamul, dasulgi, and eggplant, which help stimulate the appetite and replenish energy during the hot weather.
Yurin Wang Donkatsu features a crispy handmade pork cutlet topped generously with cabbage, red chili peppers, and green chili peppers, served with a tangy Yurin sauce (a sweet and sour Chinese-style sauce). Bulgogi Chamnamul Bibim Guksu consists of chewy noodles topped with a generous amount of spicy and sweet bibim sauce.
Dasulgi Sujebi Doenjang Haejangguk is a set menu made by simmering various vegetables such as dasulgi, auks, and chives in a savory broth flavored with rich doenjang (fermented soybean paste). The Spicy Pork and Eggplant Rice Bowl uses juicy pork and fiber-rich eggplant as the main ingredients.
The new menu items are available at four locations, including Food Empire’s Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital branch and Yongin Severance branch.
