SK Telecom’s ‘SK International Call 00700’ set a new record for the longest winning streak by securing first place for 10 consecutive years in the 2023 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) international call service category on the 8th. The NCSI, organized by the Korea Productivity Center, is an indicator where consumers directly evaluate their satisfaction levels with products and services. In this year’s survey, ‘00700’ was recognized for reflecting customer needs in its services by innovating customer service, providing the highest call quality, and renewing the international call 00700 app in line with market changes.
To celebrate 10 consecutive years at number one, SK Telecom is holding a customer appreciation quiz event themed “How many consecutive years has SK International Call 00700 been number one?” The event is being held on the ‘00700’ website (www.00700.com) and the smartphone app. Through a draw, prizes worth a total of 7 million KRW will be awarded, including an M2 laptop (1 winner), Nespresso Vertuo Pop coffee machines (10 winners), Shinsegae 50,000 KRW gift certificates (20 winners), Starbucks “Sweet Today” mobile coupons (100 winners), and GS25 5,000 KRW gift certificates (300 winners).

Meanwhile, in the newly introduced budget phone category of the NCSI this year, SK Telecom’s ‘SK Seven Mobile’ also achieved first place by receiving high satisfaction scores in self-activation and website convenience, earning a double crown. Lee Sung-chul, head of SK Telecom’s international business division, stated, “We will continue to strive to provide differentiated benefits and services that satisfy our customers.”
