Ballistic Golf to Host Golf Team Competition with Total Prize Money of 60 Million Won
Held at Yeosu The Ocean CC from March 17 to 19
Ballistic Golf announced on the 8th that it will hold the 'D-Ocean Beach Condo·Ballistic Cup Golf Club Competition' from the 17th to the 19th at the D-Ocean Country Club (CC) in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do.
Following last year, a total of 12 clubs and about 40 top female players in Korea will participate, competing for the teamwork and honor of their sponsors. The total prize money is approximately 60 million KRW (30 million KRW for the winner), and all rounds will be broadcast live on SBS GOLF.

View original imageDefending champions Mediheal's Kim Jae-hee, Ahn Ji-hyun, and Choi Hye-yong will challenge for their second consecutive victory. In response, NH Investment & Securities, featuring last season's 'KLPGA Money Leader' Park Min-ji, and Dongbu Construction, with 'Player of the Year' Kim Su-ji, have thrown down the gauntlet. Additionally, clubs with star players who have ranked high in the KLPGA, such as Cutieful's Park Hyun-kyung, Korea Land & Housing Corporation's Park Ji-young who won the 2023 season opener, and Daebang Construction's Lee So-mi who won the S-OIL Championship last November, will all participate.

Players newly recruited by Team Ballistic this year, including Hur Da-bin, who has shown outstanding skills by entering the top 10 four times in 28 tournaments during the 2021 season, and rookie Choi Ga-bin, who won three Dream Tour events last year and will be active on the KLPGA regular tour this year, are also preparing to compete.
