She then secured the victory with a winning birdie on the first hole of the playoff at the 18th hole (par 5). This marks her second consecutive win following last week's SK Networks·Seoul Economic Ladies Classic victory, her second win of the season, and her fifth career win, with prize money of 144 million won.
Lee So-mi has won three of her five KLPGA Tour victories on Jeju Island. Starting from a tie for fourth place, three strokes behind, she recorded one eagle, five birdies, and two bogeys. She reduced her score by two strokes through the 12th hole (par 3), seizing the opportunity, then forced the playoff with a 'shot eagle' on the 13th hole and a birdie on the 15th hole (both par 4). In the first playoff hole, Lee So-mi's third shot landed close to the hole, securing her victory. She exclaimed, "I'm even happier because this is my first playoff win," and added, "I will finish the last tournament well."
Na Hee-won (28), who was worried about maintaining her tour card after ranking 60th in prize money, finished as runner-up. However, she narrowly missed her first win in her 150th tournament. Kim Hee-ji (21) shot 5-under-par to finish third (9-under-par 279). Oh Ji-hyun (26), who was co-leader the previous day, failed to lower her score and dropped to fourth place (8-under-par 280). Lim Hee-jung (22) and Hong Jung-min (20) tied for fifth (7-under-par 281), Yoo Hae-ran (21) was seventh (6-under-par 282), and Han Jin-sun (25) finished eighth (5-under-par 283).
