On the second day of the Jeju Samdasoo Masters (total prize money 900 million KRW), the first KLPGA Tour event of the second half held at Elysian Golf Club in Jeju City, Jeju Island (par 72, 6,654 yards) on the 5th, she posted an even-par round. She exchanged 3 birdies for 3 bogeys and struggled to lower her score. After two days, she stood at 1-over-par 145, making the competition for the championship difficult. Her longest drive was 251 yards.
Park Min-ji took a ‘foreign trip’ after the Daebo House Open earlier last month. On the 25th of last month, she competed in the Amundi Evian Championship, the fourth major of the 2022 LPGA Tour season, held at Evian Golf Club in Evian-les-Bains, France. She finished tied for 37th place (6-under-par 278). Before this tournament, which she entered after about a month, she confidently said, "I will do my best to win," but she could not overcome the fatigue from overseas travel.
