Sumi-ne Muk Eunji Kimchi Jjigae Ramen features a spicy kimchi stew broth made using aged kimchi prepared with Kim Sumi’s recipe. It is characterized by the use of rapidly frozen dried blocks to preserve the crispness and rich texture of domestically produced napa cabbage kimchi. To celebrate the launch, a 2+1 promotion will be held next month.
