Yong Hong-taek, the 1st Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and ICT, explained the final results of the Launch Management Committee at the briefing room of Naro Space Center in Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do, at 2:30 PM on the 21st, announcing that the Nuriho launch, originally tentatively scheduled for 4 PM, will be launched at 5 PM, one hour later.

Vice Minister Yong explained that "additional time was required for inspection of the lower system and valves of the launch pad." He added, "If the load exceeds what Nuriho can withstand due to strong winds, the schedule may be changed," and stated, "The automatic launch operation will begin 10 minutes before launch, and we will do our best for a safe and reliable Nuriho launch."
