Volvo Cars Korea Ranks First for Two Consecutive Years in Overall Product Satisfaction Among Domestic and Imported Cars
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] Volvo Cars Korea announced on the 12th that it has achieved first place for two consecutive years among all domestic and imported car brands in the product satisfaction (TGR) category of Consumer Insight's 2021 automobile planning survey.
This survey was conducted in July with 7,793 people who purchased a new car within the past year, asking about their overall vehicle usage experience including performance and design. Volvo Cars Korea ranked first again this year with a score of 865, surpassing the industry average of 805 points, following last year's 879 points.
Volvo Cars Korea also received 836 points in the service satisfaction (CSI) category, ranking first among European brands and second in the industry for two consecutive years. This survey was conducted with 31,399 people who had experience using official service centers or partner maintenance shops, out of a total of 95,382 nationwide car owners and those intending to purchase a vehicle within two years.
